Key Responsibilities:
As the Office Manager at Custom Mobility, you will play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Office Organization: Maintain a well-organized office environment, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and areas are kept tidy.
• Clerical and Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and mail).
• Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule service appointments for our mobility specialists, ensuring timely service delivery for our clients.
• Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Document Management: Maintain and organize important documents and records, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
• Support to Management: Assist the management team with various tasks, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
• HR Support: Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
• Communication: Ensure clear communication across all departments, helping to foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with scheduling and administrative tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in an office management role is preferred but not required

This role involves installing, repairing, and servicing hydraulic wheelchair lifts and vehicle HVAC systems for our commercial customers.  The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to providing top-notch service in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation: Efficiently install hydraulic wheelchair lifts and vehicle HVAC systems in commercial vehicles, ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards.
• Repair: Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, wheelchair lifts, and vehicle HVAC systems. Provide prompt and effective solutions to minimize downtime for our customers.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on installed equipment, identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
• Customer Interaction: Professionally interact with customers on-site, addressing any concerns, providing clear explanations of work performed, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts used, time spent, and customer feedback.
• Travel: Travel to customer locations in a company-provided vehicle, primarily within the service area, to perform installations and repairs.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License: Required for travel to customer sites.
• ASE Certification: Preferred, with a strong understanding of vehicle HVAC systems and hydraulics.
• Experience: Previous experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic systems and vehicle HVAC systems is strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and other equipment required for the job.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical customers.

Key Responsibilities:

As our Inventory Manager, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our business. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Inventory Management: Overseeing the complete inventory process, ensuring that parts and equipment are accurately tracked, stored, and managed. This includes regular stock checks, audits, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Ordering & Assigning: Ensuring that all parts and equipment are ordered timely and assigned to the correct departments or jobs. You will coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure the availability of critical components.
• Sales: Engaging with our diverse clientele to sell parts and equipment. This includes understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate products, and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Team Coordination: Working closely with the service and installation teams to ensure that all necessary parts and equipment are available when needed. This includes proactive communication and problem-solving to avoid delays or shortages.
• Process Improvement: Continuously seeking ways to improve inventory processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency. Your insights and suggestions will help us serve our clients better and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience in inventory management or a similar role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Sales experience with a customer-focused approach
