Covid-19 Statement

Dear Valued Customer,

At Custom Mobility, our customers are like family. Please know that the health and safety of our customers and employees is our priority.  

You are no doubt aware of the current situation with the COVID-19 virus. It is important for us to let you know about the steps we have taken at Custom Mobility to protect the public and our employees. We have taken steps to keep our office and shop clean, open and stocked. Our supply chains are up and running and our staff have taken measures to continue working.  

Custom Mobility is following the guidelines of the CDC and other health organizations local, state and federal. 

What we are doing in our office and shop:

  • In addition to daily cleaning, we are adding deep cleaning measures.  Our staff is routinely sanitizing customer touchpoints in the office throughout the day.
  • Hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial soap are available for customers and staff to use.
  • We have asked all team members with fever, body aches and cold symptoms to stay home.

What our mobile team is doing:

  • Monitoring their own health and wellbeing 
  • As our mobile team may be out in the field in your home or business, we ask that you understand they may come with added protections (gloves, masks etc.) depending on the circumstances. 
  • Additionally, they have been instructed to keep a distance from individuals in the home or work area. This is not meant to appear discourteous but merely a precaution for your safety as well. 

What you can do:

  • We encourage our customers to monitor their own health and wellbeing
  • If you or someone you have been in close contact with has become ill, we ask that you call ahead of time so we can take measures to accommodate your needs.

Some of our valued customers are seniors, immune compromised or suffer from medical conditions making them more vulnerable than others to illness.  We ask for your patience and understanding of our procedures, for their sake. 

We also want to encourage our loyal customers to take this opportunity of down time, to get some preventative maintenance done on mobility equipment, get inspections up to date, schedule maintenance or evaluations.  Give us the opportunity to quote some equipment you have been needing or looking into. We are here to assist you in all your mobility needs. We strive to make decisions that balance the safety of our customers and employees while providing a much-needed service in our community.

General Contact

We are running mobile services to consumers, so they can stay in their homes. We will bring vehicles to show for sale. We will pick up and drop off vehicles for work in the shop. Within a certain physical area of the shop.
