At Custom Mobility, our customers are like family. Please know that the health and safety of our customers and employees is our priority.
You are no doubt aware of the current situation with the COVID-19 virus. It is important for us to let you know about the steps we have taken at Custom Mobility to protect the public and our employees. We have taken steps to keep our office and shop clean, open and stocked. Our supply chains are up and running and our staff have taken measures to continue working.

Some of our valued customers are seniors, immune compromised or suffer from medical conditions making them more vulnerable than others to illness. We ask for your patience and understanding of our procedures, for their sake.
We also want to encourage our loyal customers to take this opportunity of down time, to get some preventative maintenance done on mobility equipment, get inspections up to date, schedule maintenance or evaluations. Give us the opportunity to quote some equipment you have been needing or looking into. We are here to assist you in all your mobility needs. We strive to make decisions that balance the safety of our customers and employees while providing a much-needed service in our community.
